Reliable, trustworthy, detail oriented, a family man are the first things you think of when Pat Pichichero comes up in conversation. Over the last 30 years Pat has been working hard in the construction and contracting business. Most of the projects have been through his own business Historic Details, Inc which Pat has owned and operated for the more than 20 years.
Pat's expertise in the construction field and pride for his community, Lindenhurst, where Pat has lived for over 50 years led to his being selected to sit on the planning board for the Village. Pat would become Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Boards and later Chairman of the Home Improvement Advisers Board of Suffolk County.
With 30 years of experience, fully insured, and ready to work Pat is always looking to expand his portfolio and his creativity with new projects and looks forward to working with you.
The Historic Details Story
Family, always the first priority, helps Pat to direct his clients into spending their budget towards the best end results. It's important for people to feel secure and safe when managing such large projects and it's what Pat does best. Living in Lindenhurst on the same street he grew up on he built a home for his family, later helped other family members to move close, building four additional homes on the same street. Going above and beyond to help, and manage everyone's expectations helped not only his family but has lead to his many happy clients up and down both the South and North Shores of Long Island.

Pat's pride in a job well done helps to drive his hard working ethic. Truly loving what he does for a living, and enjoying his job everyday have fostered excellent relationships with his employees as well. Two of his foreman have been with him for over 30 years. Working in both residential and commercial projects in Nassau and Suffolk Pat's attention to detail and reliability have lead to forming many relationships both professionally and personally with clients who's projects have long since been completed. Many of whom invite Pat to have full access to their homes when they are out of town.
Pat’s workmanship is of the highest quality and the people he uses are all experts in their respective fields. If there are any problems, Pat responds IMMEDIATELY, sends the proper “sub”, and always oversees the work and the results.
